Required Forms
All returns of items that have been physically received or shipped require a completed RMA form. The completed form must be included in the return shipping box with the items. To fill out the RMA form go to the order you wish to return an item from and click "Add New RMA" on the bottom right.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of placing your order. Because of the types of products we carry, only new/unwashed items in the original packaging may be returned. All clearance items are final sales. There are no exceptions.

Shipping Fees
In the case of a FULL return of all items purchased on an order the full shipping charges will be deducted from the total amount. In the case of a PARTIAL return a portion of the shipping charges will be deducted from the total amount. To avoid being charged the shipping charges on returns you can opt to do a store credit for the amount of the return.
Orders Being Processed
All returns on orders that are in a "Processing" state will incur a 5% restocking fee. To avoid being charged the 5% restocking fee you can opt to do store credit in the amount of the return. In the case of an exchange this fee is waved.
Manufacturer Defects
Manufacturer defects are errors that happened to a product during the manufacturing process. Typically, manufacturers have you contact them directly in these cases. Please contact us for the manufacturer’s information.
Carriers and Wraps
These items may only be returned for store credit within fourteen days after the product is received.
